This landing page design project focused on improving conversion rate for Accelerate by Editoz, a personal branding growth program for founders. The goal was simple: help people understand the offer faster, trust it sooner, and submit their details without second-guessing.
My Role
- Audited the existing page and listed issues per section
- Planned a clearer page flow (what shows up first, what comes next)
- Rewrote the copy in plain English
- Designed the full desktop and mobile UI
- Shared assets with the developer and reviewed the build
- Ran split tests and suggested updates based on lead rate
How I Did It
- Reviewed the old page section by section, using screenshots to document problems and fixes
- Sketched quick wireframes to lock the new structure and flow
- Finalised the copy with stakeholder feedback
- Designed high-fidelity screens and added clearer proof sections (including social and video proof)
- Iterated after launch based on test results and real user behaviour
Result
- Increased conversion rate to around 12%
- Reduced confusing copy and improved the reading flow
- Made the page easier to keep testing and improving without a full redesign
